Ensuring a Safe and Respectful Workplace
FactEntry is committed to providing a work environment free from any form of harassment, in accordance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013. Our Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is responsible for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment in the workplace.
Constitution of the ICC
In accordance with the POSH Act and relevant regulations, the ICC is constituted as follows:
